Upset Prevention Recovery Training (UPRT) for 3.150€ per Pilot
The course consists of a minimum of 5hrs theory and 3hrs UPRT training in an aeroplane. The course usually takes 2-3 days.
Aim of the course FCL.725.A AMC1 a) und b)
Train pilots to a level required to operate the aircraft in an undesired state characterized by unintentional divergences from parameters normally experienced during operations. This is achieved by aeroplane upset prevention training: a combination of theoretical knowledge and flying training with the aim of providing flight crew with the required competencies to prevent aeroplane upsets and aeroplane upset recovery training: a combination of theoretical knowledge and flying training with the aim of providing flight crew with the required competencies to recover from aeroplane upsets. This aim is achieved by delivering theoretical and partly academic knowledge as well as flight training in an aerobatic single engine aircraft.
Entry requirements FCL.725.A (c)
As the Advanced UPRT course is an additionally requirement, the minimum requirement is:
- any kind of pilot license, or
- student in an integrated/non-integrated flying course
